"Absolutely amazing place. Just spent the weekend here to celebrate a birthday and couldn't have asked for a better chalet! I went with my friends who recommended this place after visiting before. The location was amazing. Very private chalet, couldn't see the road or any other houses around, which made the hot tub or large open windows that much more enjoyable. It was also 10 minutes away from the grocery store, gas station and some ski hills that we got to enjoy. I will definitely book here again the next time i want a ski weekend."

"Firstly, Phil is the most accommodating and lovely host, who is very quick to reply and extremely helpful. The chalet itself is just beautiful, with huge windows allowing a lot of natural light, and although it is modern it still has a cozy woody chalet feel. No need to pack any utilities of your own as he has thought of everything! He even has videos to show how to use everything such as the hot tub, kitchen, fireplace, etc. We have stayed here 2 times now and will be back again. It’s perfectly situated and is extremely private, not a single other building nearby, and you even get a private lake."

"Best chalet I've ever stayed in with 10/10 service and location. Less than 10 mins from Mont Blanc and only 20 mins from Mont Tremblant - perfect base for skiing and nature. Extremely private property with lots of land, private lake, forest, no views of other buildings or road. Amazingly well supplied with every kitchen utensil you could think of. Lovely fireplace, hot tub, and balcony with BBQ. Very modern high quality finish but still very cosy and chalet-feel. Also, amazing, friendly host/owner who communicates extremely quickly and makes videos how to work appliances such as fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ. Overall, 5/5 in all aspects. No areas for improvement. Highly recommend!"

"Had the best girls’ getaway here! The place is absolutely beautiful, even better than expected The beach area with the sand and firepit was honestly our favorite spot to relax and hang out. Phil is such a great host, super friendly and made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. Now that we’ve experienced it in the summer, we’re already talking about coming back in the winter for a ski trip. Highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay. The place is even better than the photos, spotless, beautifully designed, and tucked away in a peaceful mountain setting that made the whole trip feel special. The views were stunning, and waking up surrounded by nature and fresh snowfall was exactly what we were looking for. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed: a cozy living space, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout (Jacuzzi while the snow was falling “amazing”) It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming experience. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the Mont-Tremblant village, restaurants, and outdoor activities, yet quiet enough to truly relax and disconnect. Our host was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and made sure we had everything for a smooth stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable getaway in the Tremblant /"

"Extremely outstanding, also so well organized and Phil has thought of everything to make the guest’s experience all the more worthwhile. We were able to easily reach him throughout which was so convenient, and I have never experienced a host as communicative, kind and helpful as Phil! He has videos specific to the property to help guests know how to operate certain things like the fireplace, hot tub, etc. The property itself is so beautiful, was very private and although modern was very cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. The ambiance of the place was straight out of a movie. We will definitely be returning."

"Staying at Phil’s place brought back memories of the times when air bnb was affordable and accommodating. He was proactive to check in to make sure our stay was going well, the house was immaculate and loaded with every comfort of home, full kitchen, coffee, plenty of towels (and toilet paper which is for some reason a rarity at other air bnbs), I could not recommend this place enough. Plus it was 15 minutes to the slopes AND they plowed the driveway twice to make sure we were safe. LOVED IT and will be booking again to come back and ski. (Also the heated floors + hot tub are a huge bonus)"

Everything has been thoughtfully designed, and the home is well-equipped, but set amongst the trees and with the size of the grounds complete with abundant wildlife, you really get a sense of being in the middle of nowhere (despite several eating / shopping options / hiking trails within a short drive). Great host with helpful instructions, welcoming touches (coffee, firewood, bottled water) and the keyless entry makes arrival very easy. Thanks for a fantastic few days."

"he chalet is great, it totally matches the photos and the owner is very attentive and available when needed. Four of us stayed at the chalet and were able to enjoy everything: the sauna which is ready to use, the barbecue, a magnificent equipped kitchen. The owner takes care that when you arrive you can use everything. There's even a website on how to use certain things, honestly it's more than comprehensive. I can only recommend it and I give it a 10/10, no faults that could negatively impact our stay were noted. Thank you very much for this pleasant moment."

"Beautiful, very clean home nestled in the woods; a bit off the beaten path (in a good a way). Views of the wooded landscape and night sky were spectacular. An easy, scenic 20 min ride to Tremblant parking (once you do it the first time). Everything worked as described and we appreciated the convenient access to the washer/dryer. Did miss making a wood-burning fire but the hot tub after skiing was great and the electric fire place worked well and provided nice heat and ambiance. The house is well appointed and as described. The host goes above and beyond in communication and provides clear directions for all features. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and modern house in the woods w good proximity to lots of activities, this is the place for you."

"Even weather was not at its best for the 3 nights I spent there, I never get bored by the view of the chalet. The color changing leaves are simply gorgeous! I've traveled a lot and this is BY FAR the best quality-priced Airbnb I've visited. The cleanliness is spectacular, the accommodation is perfect, and the clean and hot Jacuzzi was my favorite. The quality of the materials used is very good and every piece of furniture/accessories has its place and is of good quality (which is often rare, in Airbnbs!). The kitchen is fully functional, same for the washroom. The heated floors and electric fire were a charm. The view, surrounded by trees, was magical, especially when the deer wandered around. All in all, I definitely recommend Phil and his place : I'm even thinking about going back there in the winter :)"

It's the best spot if you want some quiet time away from all the noise in the city, but you still want to enjoy the amenities you get at home. "Woodland perfection. Five star reviews are a rarity for me. I typically choose not to review, but our stay here was a standout. The place is immaculate and although the photos are beautiful, in person, it's better. We had intended on several adult children accompanying us, but ended up just my husband and myself. Being a twosome there was delightful and spa-like. The location is a short drive both from the National Park and from the center of Mont Tremblant. We enjoyed active days out and then we would either return, enjoy a soak in the hot tub and cook for ourselves, or take the short drive to any number of restaurants. Decent grocery stores are within ten minutes. There is only the one bathroom, so if there were going to be people sleeping in all the beds, there may be some wait for the bathroom, but the house and deck are arranged for people to spread out, so it would be unlikely that you would feel as if you were on top of one another. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He has helpful how-to videos for appliances/features that may not be familiar. I wouldn't hesitate to return."

"We booked this chalet for a couple therapy gateaway, and it was super super super cozy, very well thought, everything you need were here. A little snack welcome package. And a lot of attention to details.The pond was very nice to swim in, and the newly renovated beach was amazing, and I heard there is more improvements coming. Can’t wait! Sadly the second night it rain, so we didn’t they the chance to use the fire pit. But it was well placed. Wil definitely come back next time.Thank you."

"We (wife, 14 and 11 y/o) boys loved our week at this cabin. Phil was a great host from check in through check out. The cabin is close to both the resort and national park which was nice. But we equally enjoyed some much needed relaxation time hanging around, cooking, napping and sleeping at the cabin. Definitely kallm!!"

"Having used AirBNB for years in many different cities across North America and Europe, I would rate Kallm as one of the nicest, best located, and comfortable of all the places I have stayed. Phil’s chalet was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was just a short drive to beautiful Mont Tremblant resort village as well as any amenities we needed. The chalet is close to a few well-stocked grocery stores and various options for dining out. From the moment you step onto the heated floors after driving past the private pond and up the tree-lined driveway to the tastefully modern chalet, comfort will envelop you and stress will evaporate!Everything works and looks as advertised - the video how-to guides for the chalet’s numerous features is a very nice touch!Communication with Phil was excellent, both before our stay and when we arrived. We would highly recommend this wonderful escape into nature!"

The place is stunning and feels so peaceful and private, we’re surrounded by trees. We got lucky and got a fresh snowfall on our last day which made for a gorgeous winter view. I imagine the place is even better in the summer with the roomy porch and private pond and fire pit. The design of the cottage is very open and airy. Everything is also so detailed and thought through. The floors are heated, the furniture is comfy, the huge windows make for beautiful natural lighting. Just five stars all around. Were already trying to plan another stay in the summer time. This place was worth every penny!"

"Le chalet est dans un endroit féerique ( il venait de neiger). Nous avons pu faire de la raquette aux alentours du chalet c’était vraiment beau et sauvage. Le coin feu près du petit lac était parfait pour relaxer et le spa au niveau de la terrasse finissait bien les journées avec sa musique extérieure !! Le chalet est très beau et vraiment invitant, il a toutes les commodités avec des électro de qualité pour cuisiner. Bref un magnifique endroit de repos !!!Phil a été très disponible et transparent avec les pannes d’électricité suite à la tempête qui a touché le Québec.
